The water supply is blocked

The planter has small holes on the sides to supply water from the water reservoir for the soil. These small holes can be clogged. If the water level in the water reservoir has remained unchanged for longer than a week, you need to check the water level in the planter. The best way to do this, is to dig a small hole in the soil and check if the water level matches with the water level in the water reservoir. If not, the planter/ water supply is clogged.

To open up the holes, watch the video and follow the next steps:
1. Grab a small needle or punaise
2. Disassemble the top and bottom part of the Living Light lamp, see disassembly
3. Carefully pierce the hole multiple times with the needle to open up the clogged hole.The holes are located approximately 10 cm below the nuts.
