If your lights are not working, follow the next steps:

1. Stroke all the leaves.
– Are the lights still not working? Go to step 2.
– Does the light work again? Position the sensor on a leaf which is closer to the opening of the glass in order for better detection of your touch.

2. Check the position of the sensor. Is it still attached to the leaves?
– Sensor is not on the leaf, follow the steps in sensor is loose.
– Sensor is attached to the leaf, please go to step 3.

3. Check the wetness of the soil, follow the steps in the water supply is blocked for making a dimple in the soil.
The water level needs to be between the minimum and maximum indicator.
– If the water level is not corresponding to the water level in the water reservoir, you need to unclog the holes by following the steps in water supply is blocked.
– Is the water level approximately corresponding to the water level in the water reservoir, then go to step 4.

4. Measure the battery
For measuring the battery, follow the steps for measuring the electronics.
– Battery is below 2.8 V or above 3.5 V, go to step 5.
– Battery is below 3.5 V. This means the battery is empty and the plant needs to recharge. This can take some time. If the battery is at the same level after 2 weeks, go to step 5.
